1. Notification & Timeframe
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect order, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery by contacting our customer service team at support@pixoryofficial.com. Please provide your order number, details of the incorrect items, and any supporting photos if applicable.
2. Resolution Options
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
• Replacement: We will arrange for the correct order to be delivered at no additional cost.
• Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a full or partial refund based on the circumstances.
3. Return / Disposal of Incorrect Items
In some cases, we may request that the incorrect items be returned or disposed of due to the contents of the order being confidential. We will provide instructions and cover any return shipping costs, if applicable. If a return is required but not completed within 30 calendar days, the refund or replacement may be cancelled.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for incorrect order delivery is limited to the replacement or refund of the affected items. We are not responsible for any indirect losses or damages resulting from the incorrect order.
5. Privacy Concerns
We value the privacy of our customers and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to GDPR. However, incorrect order delivery may pose a risk of disclosure of third-party personal data to unintended recipients. Therefore, we urge our customers to check the contents of the order and not to copy, publish and/or share the contents of the order if it is the case of the incorrect order delivery, as we may not be held liable for mishandling one’s data in the event of incorrect delivery, should further copying, publishing or distribution of one’s data be facilitated by the unintended recipient (wrong customer).
