We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If for whatever reason you’re unsatisfied with your book, we will offer you a full refund. We may ask the reason why you want a refund as it helps us improve as a business.

Damaged books / defects

If your order arrives damaged or defected, please reach out to our dedicated support team support@pixoryofficial.com with a photo of the damaged / defected item. If books arrive damaged or defected we will offer you a free reprint, unless the defects were due to a mistake made in the editor by the customer prior to ordering and our support team were not notified within 30 minutes prior to the customer checking out. We cannot offer free reprints for books that have mistakes on them, due to a mistake made by the customer in our editor. We encourage all of our customers to double check their work before checking out.
